Ballet-Sr

Learn exercises, techniques, and steps of classical ballet, including terminology and correct body alignment; include a warm-up at the barre with center floor work and combinations. This class will help you gain mobility, strength, and flexibility while improving memory, balance, and sharpening reflexes. Beginners are welcome
