Water Yoga

Meets in the Warm Water Pool. Let the peaceful music create a pleasant environment for you to practice yoga. In the calming effect of water you will practice deep breathing techniques, increase your flexibility and balance, and develop a stronger body core through yoga poses. Research shows that the deep breathing exercises and relaxation/meditation techniques used lowers blood pressure.
