Freestyle Clinic

Through drills and guided practice you can master a more efficient freestyle. Accommodates both the novice swimmer and experienced athlete. The class is about perfecting form, not logging laps. Must be able to swim at least one length of the pool. Kristy Lahoda will be the new instructor.
