Shark

Swim lessons are designed to teach swimmers how to be comfortable in the water. Lessons run from toddler-age and up.

Swimmers should be able to dive into deep water and perform the 4 basic strokes. Objectives will vary according to the student.. Objectives include: approach and hurdle on the diving board, enhancing strokes, butterfly stroke, flip turns, breast and side stroke turns, stroke enhancement, endurance training and diving. *No class on Thursday, October 31st.
