Belly dancing is a low impact, total body workout for women and men of any age or fitness level. This class will include lots of drills and combinations to work your entire body. Traditionally practiced barefoot, or a soft dance shoe is recommended. Additional information for participants: Bring a hip scarf (such as a Zumba coin scarf) or a simple shawl to tie around the hips if you like, but not necessary. Also, bring water and a towel.
