WILL CALL: Tickets with no payment can no longer be held at the box office on the night of the performance. If you have purchased tickets you would like to leave for another patron to pick up, we will be happy to accommodate.
REFUND AND EXCHANGES: All ticket sales are FINAL. There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
LOST TICKETS: Lost tickets can only be reissued in person at the Westerville Community Center. No exceptions will be made.
LATECOMER'S POLICY: Any late comers will be seated at a time that will reduce interference with the production and your fellow audience members. Westerville Parks and Recreation reserves the right to re-assign your seat if you arrive later than 15 minutes after curtain.
