ITS Essential - 404907

Interval Training and Stretching build the mobility, strength, and agility essential to your functional fitness. We'll alternate easy-to-follow, low impact cardio with resistance work and top off with relaxing stretches. No workout on the floor. Beginners and experienced exercisers are welcome.
