This volleyball skills program is designed to help prepare players for school tryouts by developing the basic skills of volleyball such as passing, setting, serving, blocking and hitting. In addition to basic skills the players will be introduced to how the game is played and the communication that is needed to play the game. The main focus is to develop them as players and as young athletes. Lessons will be adjusted and advanced based on individual skill levels.
