Day Camp Registration for the 2024 season is Friday, March 1st for residents and Sunday, March 3rd for non-residents at 12p.m. online only. You may need to refresh your page at 12pm for camps to show avaliable, please note, our system does run slower than usual at 12pm on registration day due to high traffic.

2024 CORRECTIONS/UPDATES FROM THE CAMP SECTION OF OUR COMMUNITY GUIDE:

-Due to Memorial Day, we have discounted the the All Sports Camp to $135 for residents and $150 for non-residents

-Heritage Kids Camp WILL be held at Heritage Park Antrim Shelter.

-Camp Peanut, Coconut, Walnut, Heritage Kids Camps, and Kids Fun Clubs meets Monday-Wednesday the week of July 1st

-Parkour Camp, section -07, 08 dates are July 23-July 26

-Cooking Caravan, section -03 is Tuesday-Friday and all Cooking Caravan camps are opens to ages 6-17

-Cultured Kids Camp section, -03 dates are July 8-July 12

-Drama Kids Camp Broadway, $250 for residents and $265 for non-residents, description online lists the correct musicals

-Robothink Camps, ages are 6-12

-Superhero Bootcamp, 302193-05 is 9am-3pm

-Spring Break Camp Jumpbunch is for ages 5-9, $150 for residents and $165 for non-residents

NEW THIS YEAR, WAITLIST INFORMATION: Please note, waitlists will not be available for camps in 2024. If your family does not get a spot in a camp, please check www.westerville.org/registration regularly to see if spots become available. If available, families may enroll on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancelation/Refund Policy: A $25 transaction fee will be processed per week, per child, for every refund issued. All camp refunds must be submitted 21 days prior to the cancellation. Refund requests after the 21-day time period will not be honored. All camp cancellations requests are required to be submitted on the camp cancellation form (form will be available after registration weekend!). Please note, if you make an error in registering during registration weekend, please email [email protected] with your cancellation, our cancellation policy will take effect on Tuesday, March 5th.
